The indoor pool was perfect for our kids when the beach got too hot. Parking was inconvenient, requiring walking across the street. Breakfast was varied and well organized. Communication about parking fees wasn’t clear at check-in.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help us out. Parking wasn’t ideal since we had to park on floors 6-8 and it was a hassle to scan the key so many times. Breakfast was a grab-and-go, not the buffet we hoped for.

Clean rooms with thoughtful amenities like a kitchenette and a nice balcony offered excellent ocean views. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, especially when they helped us celebrate our anniversary with a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service the entire stay, making it inconvenient. The carpets could use a good cleaning, and we encountered some maintenance issues, like broken phones and an unemptied body wash bottle. Still, the location was ideal, just steps from the beach—perfect for a relaxing getaway despite the hiccups. Would come back again!

We loved the spaciousness of the room. The large bottles of shower amenities were a pleasant surprise. the shower pressure was disappointing, only a trickle at times. The balcony offered a lovely view, enhancing the experience. Noise levels were minimal, adding to the comfort. The kitchenette was a nice feature, but a larger trash can would have helped. Cleanliness was commendable throughout the stay. Breakfast options were decent, but could've been more varied. the charm didn’t fully match the price paid.

Requests for fresh sheets went unaddressed, and the bed itself felt a bit worn. Pet-friendly policies are commendable, but more attention to cleaning and maintenance is crucial for an ideal stay. Attention to these details would elevate the experience significantly.

The oceanfront view is simply stunning. The staff provides unlimited beach towels and the balcony is a perfect spot to unwind.
Breakfast mainly consists of boxed scrambled eggs and potatoes.

The best part of this stay was the incredible walkable access to the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront just a short stroll away, with tons of great restaurants like King of the Sea and Ocean 27 within just a 5-minute walk, plus fun attractions like the Norwegian Lady Statue and iFLY VA Beach nearby, making it a perfect hub for exploring; the hotel was clean and comfortable, featuring friendly staff eager to help, but the plastic chair on the balcony could use an upgrade for a better sitting experience.

The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! The indoor swimming pool was a perfect escape after a day at the beach. Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home every moment of my stay.

Stayed during New Year's. Location steps away from the beach. Enjoyed unlimited beach towels. Friendly staff like Robert offering excellent service. Clean rooms with ample space. The gym had TV and sanitizing wipes.
Limited breakfast options, mainly scrambled eggs and potatoes. Small dining area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the family, friendly atmosphere at the hotel, especially the opportunity to take eco, tours to spot playful dolphins in their natural habitat nearby.
In my wife's opinion, more kid, friendly activities would enhance the family experience.

The breakfast was fantastic according to my wife and daughter, offering a variety of options. The location on the boardwalk was ideal for easy access to the beach and nearby entertainment options. We also enjoyed the live performances and the three on, site restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly.
There were issues with the elevators, causing significant delays during check, in and check, out. The room had maintenance issues, including a non, functioning fridge and toilet, which were not promptly resolved.

So, when we checked into the Hyatt House, we had a bit of a mix, up with our room type , ended up not getting the upgraded room we were supposed to have. The air conditioning was a bit wonky too, we set it to 65 but the room stayed at 72, 73 degrees all night, making it hard to sleep comfortably. On the bright side, the hotel's location was fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful views. We stayed in a suite with two queen beds, which was spacious and comfy. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, except during busy breakfast hours when things got a bit chaotic. One thing that bugged me was the lack of counter space in the bathroom, along with some low, quality pillows and linens. The breakfast options could use more fruit and less dairy products, and the parking situation was a hassle , had to pay for parking and ended up on the sixth floor of the parking deck. a decent stay with some hiccups. If they can tweak a few things like room amenities and parking arrangements, it could be a top, notch experience.

My recent stay at the Hyatt House was wonderful. The clean room with a straight view of the beach and ocean was perfect for my anniversary trip. We went on crazy land and water adventures and even caught some dolphins cruising in their natural habitat. The vibe was lit and we got epic ocean views from our rooms!
Yo, we wished they had a cool rooftop bar for us young peeps to party it up with fresh beats and tasty drinks! .

The Virginia Beach Boardwalk's vibrant atmosphere and the proximity to the King Neptune Statue were the reasons I chose Hyatt House. However, the complimentary full breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options and attentive service.

i had a fantastic time at Hyatt House. the breakfast stations were clean and had a great variety of hot and cold selections. the coffee was flavorful and hot. our room had a spectacular view of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. it was beautifully displayed. the hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we also enjoyed the three restaurants downstairs and live performances every night.

Staying on the boardwalk made me feel like a fancy rollerblading star. The 24-hour workout room let me burn off those extra hotel breakfast pastries whenever I pleased. Free internet helped me avoid fomo.
Lacked a full-size fridge to store my extensive frozen pizza collection.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the boardwalk and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel lobby was well-maintained. The staff was super friendly and provided great recommendations for dining options.
The confusion and inconvenience regarding the parking situation. The description in our reservation mentioned private parking for a fee, but upon check-in, we were informed that the parking lot was under construction.

loved the high-end quality and newer feel of hyatt house. amazing oceanfront view. walking distance to lots of stuff. super helpful staff and spacious rooms. solid wi-fi - great tv - awesome shower - fully stocked rooms, and a fantastic breakfast made the stay homely.

Great breakfast options with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruits. Friendly and helpful staff, including the front desk attendants and outside attendant. The hotel has new and well-kept rooms and facilities, and the location is convenient.
Felt very well looked after, nothing too much trouble.
